Terms of Service

Welcome to S.M.I. Private Limited (including RoxStar Mobile and RoxStar application, hereafter referred to as "RoxStar", "we", "us" or "our") and become a part of our creative community!

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us, that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them.

1. General Terms

RoxStar provides you with limited access to the Service free of charge. To enjoy the full benefits, including unlimited User Recordings and ad-free experience, you may purchase a subscription.

• The Service is licensed, not sold to you
• Use may be subject to separate third party terms and fees
• We provide the Platform on an "as is" basis
• Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration

2. The Service

The Service enables you to record audiovisual or audio-only works, including singing along to lyrics of sound recordings. You may also post User Recordings, collaborate with others, live stream, communicate with other Users, and play games.

3. Registration

To enjoy the full benefits of the Service, you must download the App and register an account. You are responsible for the security of your Account and all activities that occur through your credentials.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, RoxStar grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. Your use of Library Tracks is strictly limited to use within the Service.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any rights you may have in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant RoxStar a royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, display, and otherwise use your content for providing the Service.

You must not Post any Objectionable Content including content that is abusive, defamatory, harmful, hateful, obscene, threatening, or unlawful.

6. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to make unauthorized copies, interfere with the Service, decompile software, use false personal information, solicit personal information from others, or use the Service for any commercial or unauthorized purpose.

7. Coins and Virtual Goods

RoxStar may offer virtual coins and goods for use exclusively within the Service. Coins have no monetary value outside the Service and may not be exchanged for real currency. Your license to Coins and Virtual Goods is revocable.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RoxStar disclaims all warranties including merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for particular purpose. RoxStar's liability is limited to U.S. $100.

9. Copyright Infringement

RoxStar respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact our Designated Agent at support@roxstar.in.

10. Termination

You may terminate by deleting the App and ceasing all use. RoxStar reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of this Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

12. India-specific Terms

The Services are not for persons under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you must not use the Service without consent of your parent or legal guardian.
